Herpies Symplex 10 was started in later 2002 by members of two of the most brutal bands to come out of Prison City, MI...LIMB GRINDER and MCVEIGH ...It all started out with Matt and Bacon after the LG split up. We already praticed at the house of ex-McVeigh drummer J-Rott and one day we just asked if he was into doin a little something for us on the set, he was and that started the core of the band..We experimented with a couple of DJ's not really knowing where in the hell we wanted this band to go musically...DJ WhiteMike is one of the best local's but it just didnt seem right(we didnt want to be prejudged as a nu-metal band..hahaha) so we just kept the three piece...we all tryed our hand at singin but we felt it would be nice if we could concentrate on riffing and get a real singer...we tryed out a few cats untill we go ahold of ex-LG member Deano and our friend Andy L. .....that was the combo to get the people moving, they were seldom standing still and quite destructive when it came down to it...leaving busted P.A.'s in their wake and a few busted faces here and there and more mics than we careed to pay for..ex-McVeigh guitarest Tyler was living in Pittsburg and goin to be movin back soon so we asked if he would help and add some beef to the sound..down ass mutha fucker that he is he was ready and willing so upon returning to this shit hole we got him back in the groove quick like...so by mid 2003 we had shit all ready to unleash HS-10 on the state...we played about once a month due to the lack of dedicated metal fans in the area but quality is better than quantity and you take what you can get...right?....so after devistating houses,P.A.'s and alot of faces we started on our second demo...we lost our two singers due to the lack of drive to be in a metal band...so without Deano and Andy L...former McVeigh singer Andy Tear-that-ass-up and our good friend Brent Hellbent stepped in to give thier best at the vokills but serious problems with gettin six cats together at once grew to be a strain that we could not deal with for to long so now we are back to just the four of us..Matt..Bacon..Tyler and Jayrott..we are currentally in the studio workin on a real demo..i guess the D.I.Y. route is becoming more than we care to F with..so as soon as it is complete it will be available for sale or maby even free if you can convince us to hook you up...plus we have gotten some real killer designs for t-shirts, stickers and buttons thanx to our good friend Andy T. ..so be on the look out for that shit as soon as it hits the streets....
